The price includes sourcing of the ingredients, cooking, serving the food and cleaning up the kitchen after the meal.
After the booking the chef will get in touch with you. You will have the opportunity to finalise the menu by mixing dishes from the displayed menus or creating your own by telling the chef what you want.
You can request more expensive products such as: scallops, langoustines, fresh truffle, aged T-bone steak, fillet steak, monkfish, caviar to name a few alternatives. Bespoke menus will have additional costs.
