I was 'chef of the week' on the program - Making a meal of it - on BBC Radio 2 between 27 January - 30 January 2025.
You can find the scripts of the three ingredients meals below. Enjoy!
Monday, 27th January 2025 - Intro
“Hello, I’m Eniko Fejer, the private chef at Chef to Home.
I live and mostly work in Norfolk. I’ve been a chef for 16 years. I’m known for my European fine dining cuisine and my elegant private dining events like family dinners, birthday celebrations, special occasions and friends get togethers. I cook in holiday lets, manor houses and private homes.
I love cooking for people because each meal is different and I can be creative with my food. I truly believe eating around the dining table creates social connections. It brings me joy to see the guests enjoying my dishes.
I can’t wait to see what ingredients you send my way so I can make a meal of it.”

Recipe 1 – chicken stuffed pepper
Rocky; Red pepper, chicken breast, cottage cheese
Hi Rocky, you have red pepper, chicken breast and cottage cheese. Let’s make a meal of it. First cook the meat in chicken stock for 20 minutes. Take out from the liquid and shred the meat. Halve the pepper and remove the seeds. Combine the cottage cheese with olive oil, salt, ground white pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder and chopped spring onions. If you have any fresh parsley and coriander throw that in as well. Add a small amount of parmesan. Fold in the shredded chicken, mix well and stuff the peppers. Top it with sliced Jalapeños and more grated parmesan. Bake it in a preheated oven at 180C covered for about 20 minutes and uncovered for another 10. Serve it with garlic bread and green salad leaves. And there you have a chicken stuffed red pepper with garlic bread for dinner. Enjoy!

Recipe 3 – beef burek
Gary and Zoe; Mushrooms, Minced beef, peas
Hi Gary and Zoe, you have mushrooms, minced beef and peas. Let’s make a meal of it! In a large pan on medium heat sweat the thinly sliced mushrooms. Let it brown on the bottom of the pan. Add the minced beef and your choice of spices. Top it up with water and simmer until the ragout looks thick. Fold in the peas and let it cool a little bit. Stack two sheets of filo pastry on a work surface and spoon some of the mixture on one of the long edges of the stack. Gently roll it up to a tube. Then coil the tube into a snail shape. Brush the top with melted butter and bake in a hot oven until it’s golden brown. Serve it with plain yoghurt and salad. And there you have a beef burek with yoghurt and salad for dinner. Enjoy!
